Nicholas Mumford has over 20 years of industry experience, largely with Santos, Shell, ElectraNet and Zonge Geophysics, spanning the oil & gas, electricity and resources sectors. Formal qualifications include an MBA and Bachelor of Science (Honours Geophysics). Nicholas is a seasoned commercial professional with a strong technical background.
Various Australian and international postings have provided Nicholas with a wealth of expertise in commercial structures and contracts, commercial and M&A transaction negotiations, commercial due diligence, business strategy development and product marketing (eg. natural gas) supporting large scale capital intensive energy projects.
Commercial execution skills are underpinned with extensive experience in the negotiation of related commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
- Gas Sale Agreements (GSA) and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA);
- Infrastructure Connection, Access, Transport and Tolling Agreements;
- Joint Venture Operating Agreements (JVOA).
